Unbelievable, don't expect any type of SERVICE from these civic employees, just keep paying their salaries... I was running late for fingerprinting, I curteously called to let them know. Upon my arrival, I was told 'he left, you were his only appointment, he waited ten mins and then left'. I don't know what type of professional would do that to someone, knowing they were enroute...a phone call to reschedule would have been greatly appreciated.
