If you're "young" and engaged don't bother with this place. I recently got engaged. While trying to get my ring resized I dealt with the WORST customer service. The employee kept saying "why are you getting engaged" or "you're to young." She took every ounce of enjoyment I was feeling and threw it away. Not one person had said anything like this to me but now a stranger was. When I presented my receipt she then started asking "how could your fiancé afford this ring?" Which was out of line. Furthermore, was none of her business. Terrible experience. Wish I had went to a pawn shop instead of dealing with this kind of service.
