without placing a mobile order, service falls anywhere between abysmal and exceptional. HOWEVER, don’t even bother placing a mobile order at this McDonalds. if you think their service is bad with a normal order, just place a mobile order and observe. understandably, people make mistakes... but, if your BUSINESS encourages the use of this simple app, you should MAYBE train your staff to use the cursed thing..I’ve only encountered 2 or 3 staff members that actually know how the mobile app works, and are helpful and provide great customer service...there is certainly not a lot of skill or devotion outside of that small circle of employees. seriously though, you guys need to do some training on the mobile app or just stop honoring mobile orders in general. hats off to the select few people here that bust their ass day in and day out while making for a pleasant encounter and provide quality service. to the employees (who are obviously slacking off): you are blessed to have some of the coworkers you have, because their quality of customer service is unwavering, and the only reason I continue to go back. they are why this is a 3 star review and not a 1.
