My daughter and I went to John Taylor for massages and pedicures. Wonderful! Except they said that one of my gift certificates couldn't be used because it was expired. It had no expiration date on it. I just think that they should still honor gift certificates. .....it was worth either $135 (or if my husband paid for the tip) $150! It's expensive as it is but to keep the money already paid is just not right!
